60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be able to try EnergySaver risk-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@coolconnectgear.com with your order number and the words "Refund request" in the subject line.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and a return authorization number.
3. Ship the product back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Once the return is scanned by the carrier, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Conditions

• No restocking fees. Opened and used units are accepted within the 60-day window.
• Damaged or defective items: we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges.
• Refund requests after 60 days from delivery are handled under the 1-year limited warranty (replacement for manufacturing defects) rather than this guarantee.
